SilverAssist’s Elderlife Financial business in Hendersonville, TN is growing and we’re looking for energetic sales professionals with great customer service, strong communication, team player, competitive, problem solving and pipeline management skills to add to our Hendersonville, TN team. 

Summary

Elderlife is looking for passionate self-starters with the ability to discover qualified opportunities by responding to inbound leads to build rapport and establish relationships for the Financial Concierge who provides expert resources, veterans’ benefits, real estate services, long- term care insurance, or life insurance, and for seniors who want or need to move immediately, an Elderlife Bridge Loan. This is a business office environment and customer interactions are via Phone, email and text.

Elderlife Financial is the only company in the nation that provides coordinated financial resources for those in transition to senior living.  Every day, new families are transitioning a loved one into senior living and need additional funds for the upfront expenses. The Elderlife Bridge Loan is a short term unsecured financing option created specifically for seniors that need quick access to funds to pay for a move to senior living while waiting for funds to arrive from a home sale or VA Benefits.
 
We understand that lending can be an up and down business,
however we have inbound leads with no cold calling from over 3500 Assisted Living communities, a massive web presence and strategic partners so our Financial Concierge team members have more leads than they can handle. So, if you’re ready to bring your exceptional

As an advocate for the family, you will help build the loan pipeline for ElderLife Financial’s Financial Concierge team: 
 
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outreach from inbound inquiries. 
  • Use empathy and skillset to qualify and prioritize potential leads, ensuring they align with company goals.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with processing and underwriting to ensure a seamless transition of new clients and drive revenue growth.
  • Keep accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities, using SalesForce and our integrated sales process.
  • Communicate regularly with management on progress, opportunities, and challenges, and proactively seek feedback to improve performance continuously.
  • Actively listen and assess families’ needs to recommend the best solutions.
  • Employee must work exclusively for Elderlife unless approved by President

Required skills & experience

  • Punctual and organized team player who enjoys the challenge of fast paced phone sales with an excellent phone presence in a goal oriented call center environment.
  • Great communicator who is outgoing, compassionate and empathetic to seniors and families during this difficult transition to senior living.
  • Creative problem solver who is able to maintain compliance with financial and lending practices
  • Coachable, able to follow instructions, and maintain a personal pipeline of 10-20 in process loans while continuing to originate new applications and new leads through technology and excellent follow up skills. 
  • Proficient keyboarding skills, use of Google Workspace, Slack and ability to learn Salesforce or other future CRM software. 
  • Must be able to commute to the Hendersonville, TN main office daily for an 8am-5pm shift with a one-hour lunch break.
  • Able to maintain a pipeline of 10-20 loans while continuing to originate new applications 

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • College education & degree preferred

Compensation

$40,000.00 base + commission
